ling photography : blog bio picture

WELCOME!

It never cease to amaze me when someone stays in the same place and I took the same picture over and over and it would be different, every single frame. Photography is so wonderful, so powerful, so amazing. It makes me happy, and it keeps me happy. It is a magical world.

Hi, my name is Ai Ling and I am a photographer in Minnesota. This blog is where you will see my most recent work and a little bit on what's going on in my life.

The heart of my photography is the people, and the honest interactions I can capture. It is so much more than just a click of the shutter - it's the smiles, the tears, the laughs, the little moments in lives that mean the most. Seeing the big smiles on peoples' faces when they look at the photographs makes my heart sing. That's what I want to devote my life to.

Feel free to come in, look around and leave me a message (you know us photographers love comments!).

Have an awesome day!

Cheers,
Ai Ling

I am so crazy about this couple and their wedding!!
Paul and Emily were totally unconventional, which made everything incredibly personal and special.

Emily is simply GORGEOUS.

The wedding was held at the Summit Manor. Beautiful light, awesome interior — perfect location for a wedding.

Group portraits can be...

rachel + steve

Rachel and Steve is the definitely the cutest couple I’ve ever worked with. When asked about how they met, Rachel smiled, big, before she said, “well… we rode the bus together when we were in elementary school, and we had our first kiss when we were fifteen… ” That’s when you know this is going...
