Jon and Natalie picked one of the best day of winter for their engagement session. It was cold out, but the sun really helped (and good for photos!). We had a blast shooting at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.

Calista - well done! the pictures are so nice! gorgeous!

Natalie - Wow! Ai Ling we love the pictures and are so excited about all of them. Thanks so much for all your work, it is amazing.

Kari - I absolutely adore these pictures! Nat, you and Jon look like models! Ai Ling, you are a great photographer! I love how they are not simply placed together in boring poses. They are beautiful pictures, so artistic, and will definitely give you both wonderful reminders of MN. :)

yvonne - Great shots! I really like the one with them kissing and a stranger jogging by. That’s so cool! it shows how IN LOVE they are and didnt care about making out in public! Great timing to capture such a moment – so unique and great composition!

Ai Ling - Hey Calista, thanks! :)

Natalie, glad you like the photos. It was fun working with you and I hope these will bring you memories of MN when you get home.

Thanks, Kari. They do look like models.

Yvonne, that’s definitely one of my favorite picture. :)

My and Mike gave me plenty of time for portraits. It was so cold out, but they were great sports, and we had a lot of fun shooting in the snow.

Reception was held at W.A. Frost & Company here in St. Paul, with their beautiful cake by Jessica’s Cakes. It was amazing to see Pam and Tess planned the reception right down to the smallest details.

My and Mike, I think you’re both a slice of perfection and I am honored you chose me to document your day. The wedding day couldn’t have gone better and I owe all of that to your tireless efforts in orchestrating the wedding day of your dreams. Thank you for being so real and loving. It was an amazing day and I can’t thank you enough for inviting David and I to share it with you.

warmly,
Ai Ling

Ngoc - AMAZING. I feel like I was back there all over again and the couples pictures around St Paul are so so good. You would have never guessed it was freeezing out! And the details shots: I about died. Great job, I loved every single picture!

Alexis Nguyen - WOW! These are amazing! I love the slide show! All the pictures turned out fantastic! The shots of the restaurant were perfectly captured just as it looked when we were there! Lovely wedding and lovely pictures!

Emily - Hi Ai Ling! I love all of these pictures and the slideshow song (Such Great Heights is going to be me and Ryan’s first dance song).

I also really liked the panoramic picture – something I haven’t seen you do yet – and it turned out AMAZING

My&Mike - YAY! Thanks Ai Ling & David! True to what Ngoc says, your pictures let us experiance the day again (and all the missed moments we missed)…and I love that you stayed true to your style. Have you regained feeling back in your fingers? We haven’t! -M&M

Ai Ling - Hi Ngoc, looking at the pictures, you really couldn’t tell how cold it was. I was so amazed by My and Mike’s ability to look good in freezing temperature. Poor flowers though, they didn’t make it.

Alexis, thank you!

Emily, I didn’t realize you have a wedding website! I checked it out and it was beautiful! Glad you like the panoramic, it was fun doing something new.

My and Mike, again, thank you for letting us be a part of your wedding. Fingers are working fine now, so it’s all good! : )

Mike - Hi Ai Ling. Hi David. Thank you for working with us. You did a great job! I especially like that you picked The Postal Service for your slideshow. ROCK. They’re one of our favorites!

Marie Tran - Thank you very much Ai Ling for your wonderful pictures. Great works of art to all of you. Marie

Marie Tran - My, Mike, Ngoc and all, beautiful people, beautiful event, just Great

Doris Shennum - Congratulations, My and Mike, on your fantastic wedding day and Ai Ling on these incredible pictures. I never knew such art was available for weddings. Here in Ellensburg, WA, because of these marvelous pictures I feel like I had been there with you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Doris

Ai Ling - Hey Mike, glad you like the song. :)

Marie, you are welcome.

Hi Pam, it was nice working with you that day!

Doris, I am glad you like the photos. It was a wonderful wedding!

Calista - hey, these are nice! very classy and gorgeous.. well done

Amelie - Wow wow wow Ai Ling these are great !! Very impressed by My&Mike for standing in the cold and looking fantastic. Also wanted to say how much I LOVE their flowers. They are sincerely my favorite flowers ever (and now I’ve seen quite a lot of wedding flowers ;-) Perfect mix of abundance, natural and classyness (word doesn’t seem to exist but I hope you understand what I mean ;)

I also really like your 5-in-1 panoramic .. will have to try that at some point !

Ai Ling - No kidding, standing in the subzero temperature with cold wind blowing at you and looking fabulous is definitely not an easy task. And yes, the flowers are amazing for this wedding. :)
