ngoc + brian {love shoot}

Ngoc and Brian flew in all the way from Nebraska to join My and Mike for the double engagement session. I like them the instant we met — high energy, fun, and well dressed too! I had so much fun hanging out with all of them I wished we could do it again!

Ngoc - They’re awesome! Brian and I were talking about how much fun we had and how much we would love to do it again (and do more crazy and fun things!!). Thanks for a great job and an awesome time!

I asked Mike, “How long have you guys been together?”
He answered with a huge smile on his face, “Eight years…. no, nine to be exact.”
And throughout the day, the smile stayed on his face as long as My was with him.
It was obvious how much he loves her.

We went to the Loring Park and the Sculpture Garden briefly for some pictures. It was a cold day, and we even saw some snow. It always amazes me how unpredictable the Minnesota weather is.

Mike and My, I just want to say thank you for willing to stay out even though it was freezing! You guys are my heroes. : )

After lunch, we headed back to Mike and My’s house and took a few more pictures. This one is my favorite. It reflects their fun personalities perfectly.

Mike and My, thank you for welcoming me into your home and allow me to spend the day with you guys. See you soon and I hope the wedding planning is going smoothly!

warmly,
Ai Ling

Calista - hey, they look so loving.. Are they getting married? They look really excited :)

I had the pleasure to shoot a double engagement session yesterday, and they were such a fun bunch to hang out with! My and Ngoc are sisters, and both the couples are getting married next year. After taking a few shots in Mike and My’s awesome living room, we went out for some fun pictures even though it was chilly outside.

Thanks for the delicious lunch, guys, and thank you for willing to step out even though it was freezing! Please stay tuned for Mike and My’s pictures tomorrow. : )

warmly,
Ai Ling

My Tran - Ai Ling,

You.are.a.genius.

That is all.

Calista - Love the one with the umbrella and the jumping shot. They look so natural & it’s good that you can captured everything of it. Well done!
