ling photography : blog bio picture

WELCOME!

It never cease to amaze me when someone stays in the same place and I took the same picture over and over and it would be different, every single frame. Photography is so wonderful, so powerful, so amazing. It makes me happy, and it keeps me happy. It is a magical world.

Hi, my name is Ai Ling and I am a photographer in Minnesota. This blog is where you will see my most recent work and a little bit on what's going on in my life.

The heart of my photography is the people, and the honest interactions I can capture. It is so much more than just a click of the shutter - it's the smiles, the tears, the laughs, the little moments in lives that mean the most. Seeing the big smiles on peoples' faces when they look at the photographs makes my heart sing. That's what I want to devote my life to.

Feel free to come in, look around and leave me a message (you know us photographers love comments!).

Have an awesome day!

Cheers,
Ai Ling

new york

Was in New York back in December of ‘08, and these photos reminded me the joy of photography. It felt good to just shoot… anything and everything.

Brooklyn Bridge, high noon.

Chinatown.

From the Empire State Building.

Slideshow of black and white photos — this is me, being a tourist. : )
Enjoy!
.

cheers,
Ai Ling

Yesterday I received a package that contained three copies...
